How to activate on iOS
After receiving the email with the QR code from us:
Scan QR code using phone camera to automatically add the eSIM plan
(might take a few minutes to activate the eSIM, please wait patiently!)

How to switch on Data Roaming on iOS
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Select the eSIM plan
Make sure Data Roaming is turned on, connected to Telco operators as above
Ensure Mobile Data Network > APN (Access Point Names) is as per description


How to activate on Android
After receiving the email with the QR code from us:
Go to Settings > Connections
>Select SIM card manager>Add mobile plan>Scan QR code
When a mobile plan is found, follow the on-screen instructions to activate the eSIM.

How to switch on Data Roaming on Android
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks
Make sure Data Roaming is turned on, connected to Telco operators as above
Ensure APN (Access Point Names) is as per description
