How to activate on iOS

After receiving the email from us:

1. Scan QR code using phone camera to automatically add data plan 

OR

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM
2. Select “Enter details manually”
3. Enter SM-DP+Address and Activation code
4. Add data plan and complete setup

How to switch on Data Roaming on iOS

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Select the eSIM plan
2. Make sure Data Roaming is turned on
3. Ensure APN (Access Point Names) is as per description

How to activate on Android

After receiving the email from us:

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Select SIM card manager
3. Add mobile plan
4. When a mobile plan is found, follow the on-screen instructions to activate the eSIM.

How to switch on Data Roaming on Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks
2. Make sure Data Roaming is on
3. Ensure APN (Access Point Names) is as per description
