Please ensure your iPhone is eSIM compatible

After receiving the email from us:

SCAN QR

  1. Scan QR code using your phone camera to automatically add the data plan

OR MANUAL SET UP

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM
  2. Select "Enter details manually"
  3. Enter SM-DP+Address and activation code (no need confirmation code)
  4. Add data plan and complete setup

Once you arrive at your destination

1. Turn on the eSIM and set as mobile data

a. Go to Settings > Mobile Services > Select the eSIM and "Turn On This Line"

b. Back to Mobile Services > select Mobile Data > Set as eSIM instead of Primary line

2. Turn on Data Roaming

a. Go to Settings > Mobile Services > Select the eSIM plan

b.Scroll down, make sure Data Roaming is on
